He is founder, CEO of IMTH, a REIT, where he acquires multiple undervalued properties for portfolio growth. He is founder, CEO of iPill Dispenser, where he designed a mobile app and the stand alone iPill medical device to control a pill dispenser to prevent sharing, diversion and drug overdoses. He is CEO of SBS Medical Management which provides healthcare economic reviews for WallStreet investment firms and expert medical reviews for the state medical board. He was Co-founder of NAOMI systems, a digital software platform integrating digital X-rays devices, practice management, EMR and RCM billing systems.
His current project is making a safe immediate release opioid to treat acute pain that will prophylactically prevent and treat respiratory depression with unique abuse deterrent properties. Opioids cause respiratory depression and death. This drug will replace all immediate release opioids without abuse deterrent properties. We are going through the FDA on a 505(b)2 path. We have a granted patent. We are looking for $10 million in funds to dominate the $9.57 billion / year opioid market.
